Our ‘Share your Thoughts’ forms are available to you to promote a communication trail for feedback. Alternatively, any form of communication is welcome to ensure that we receive the information promptly for action.
Any issue or concern that you bring to our attention will be addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Once a solution is implemented and sustained we will finalise the matter and provide you with documented evidence of the continuous improvement cycle for your records and accreditation purposes.
